All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

• Free Shipping (orders over $50) – via EMS, delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your Ornavique jewelry as much as we loved creating it. Our return policy reflects our commitment to your satisfaction.

Return Policy

• You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they arrive damaged or defective
• All returned items must be in original, unworn condition with all packaging, certificates, and tags
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Return Process

2. Package your item securely with all original materials and a copy of your order confirmation

Refunds

• Issued to your original payment method
• Amount: Full item price minus original shipping costs
