Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50) – via EMS
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Ornavique jewelry as much as we loved creating it. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they arrive damaged or defective. All other jewelry items are eligible for return or exchange.
