If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of our Charms & Talismans, Cocktail Rings, Gemstone Necklaces, Hoop Earrings, or Long Necklaces, we’re pleased to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Note on Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they arrive damaged or defective. All other jewelry items are eligible for return or exchange.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our facility. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
